RETURNS POLICY: ONLINE ORDERS

Please note: All artwork, holiday decor and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Full price items purchased using a discount code, as well as purchases made via In Store Pickup, may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

We hope you love your purchase, but we do understand that some things just don't work out as planned. Full price items (i.e. items not on sale or purchased using a promo code) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 15th.] Returns delivered after 15 days and up to 45 days will be issued in the form of store credit. We cannot accept returns made more than 45 days after the original order date.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

RETURNS POLICY: IN-STORE PURCHASES

Purchases made in store/in person can be returned or exchanged for store credit only within 14 days of the original purchase date. 

For Standard Delivery orders, you may change or cancel your order within twenty-four (24) hours of payment satisfaction. 

For Rush Delivery orders (any order requiring faster delivery than a Standard Delivery order), you may not change or cancel your order.  

Once an order has been completed, it cannot be cancelled. 

Items must be inspected for damage and accuracy within 72 hours of delivery. Our return policy lasts 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the customer receiving the order and inspection of defects. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for store credit and will be denied. Customers are responsible for shipment of returned items.  We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post. 

PrimeTime Legacy Creations ensures that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, PrimeTime Legacy Creations does not accept returns for any of our custom heat pressed items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unwashed without body odor or fragrance. If 72 hours have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a credit or exchange. 

Please keep your tracking number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your credit or exchange. 

If approved, your credit will be processed and will automatically be applied to your Primetime Legacy Creations account.  It usually takes 3-5 business days to process store credit.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective. Items must be inspected for damage within 72 hours of delivery.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to receive instructions on how to return/exchange your item(s). The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be the original cost less shipping.
